1. DEFINE 
   Draw a thin, diagonal line about 45 degrees from the outer corner of your eye, moving up and out toward the eyebrow. Create a shorter line for a softer, more lifted look or extend the line for a more dramatic effect. Next, draw a diagonal line from the tip of the wing to the middle of your upper lash line. 
2. LINE 
   Draw a thin line from the middle of your upper lash line to the inner corner of your eye. The eyeliner should gradually get thinner as it moves toward your inner corner. 
3. REFINE
