• How does the GLOWPLEXION skin care subscription work?

  When you subscribe to any of the products in the GLOWPLEXION skin care line, you save on every purchase. If you purchase the entire regimen, your first order will include three full products: the cleanser, serum, and moisturizer. Subsequent orders will automatically swap to refills for the serum and moisturizer with the regular cleanser, at a greater savings than the full product price.

• How long does a GLOWPLEXION skin care subscription supply last?

  Each product in the GLOWPLEXION regimen is approximately a 60-day (two-month) supply of product. The default subscription is set for two months, however, you have the option to update the frequency of your subscription to suit your preference.

• Can I cancel my GLOWPLEXION skin care subscription?

  Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To restart a canceled subscription, you must purchase the product at the "First Order" price (for the serum and moisturizer), with future orders at the "Refill" price.

• Can I skip my GLOWPLEXION skin care subscription?

  Yes, you can skip a subscription. To do so, you must manually go to your Subscription Manager and click on "Skip Order" in the upcoming order summary. Your next subscription order will be skipped, and no future subscription dates will be affected.

• How do I get refills?

  Once you set up your initial GLOWPLEXION product subscription, your recurring subscriptions (second order and on) will automatically be swapped for the refill products for the serum and moisturizer. The cleanser does not have a refill and instead uses post-consumer recycled resin (PCR) in its packaging.

• How do I swap to a new full product instead of a refill?

  To swap to a new full product instead of a refill, you will need to manually update your subscription through your Subscription Manager. In your Subscription Center, under the upcoming order summary, select the option to “Get a New Full Product.” When you select this option, you will see a popup with the option to get a new full product as well as view the updated pricing. Select “Purchase Full Product” to get a full product instead of the regular refill option.

• What happens if I choose to swap to a full product instead of a refill?

  If you decide to switch to a full product instead of a refill, this change is a one-time event. Future orders will default back to automatic refills and refill pricing unless you manually update your order in the Subscription Manager. Note that opting for full products will increase the pricing of your subscription for that order to the “First Order” price.

• How do I manage my GLOWPLEXION skin care subscription?

  You can manage your subscription by logging into your Younique account and navigating to the Subscription Manager. From there, you can edit your subscription's next billing date, change the subscription frequency, update product quantities, skip a subscription order, and more.

• How do I update my billing information for my GLOWPLEXION skin care subscription?

  To update your billing information, go to your Subscription Manager and click on "Edit" beneath the Billing Information section under the "Upcoming Order" tab. You can select a previously saved card or add a new one.

• What are the key ingredients in GLOWPLEXION skin care products?

  Our products feature premium ingredients like niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate, and glycolic acid, among others, to address top skin concerns like pore reduction, skin texture refinement, and deep hydration.   Squeeze a small amount into your palms and apply to your face. Gently massage and rinse thoroughly. Use daily, both a.m. and p.m.

  Apply one to two pumps to clean skin and gently massage into your face. Use daily, both a.m. and p.m.

• How do I use the GLOWPLEXION moisturizer?

  Scoop a pearl-sized amount and gently massage into your face. Use daily, both a.m. and p.m. For morning application, follow with an SPF of your choice.

• Is GLOWPLEXION skin care suitable for all skin types?

  Yes, GLOWPLEXION skin care is designed to be suitable for all skin types. However, if you experience any irritation, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
